PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an eccentric load resistant type frame structure unaffected by the eccentric forging load developed on a press frame by making the rigidity of a supporter and a tie rod at the supplying side of a work larger than those at the taking-out side of the work. SOLUTION: In the frame structure of an automatic forging press machine in which an inlet side supporter 2 and an outlet side supporter 3 are arranged on a press body head 1 and the upper end parts of both supporters are connected with a top part crown body frame 4 and the respective supporters 2, 3, and press body head 1 and crown body frame 4 are fastened with the inlet side and the outlet side tie rods 8, 9 vertically penetrated and nuts 10, 11, respectively, the thickness in the cross sectional plane of the hollow inlet side supporter 2 and the outer diameter of the inlet side tie rod 8 are made larger than those of the outlet side supporter 3 and the outlet side tie rod 9, respectively. In this way, the rigidity at the inlet side frame portion containing the inlet side supporter 2 is made higher than that at the outlet side frame portion, and even in the case of applying large forging load to the inlet side frame portion at the forging operating time, the elongations of the inlet side supporter 2 and the inlet side tie rod 8 are restrained.
