SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of preparing melt; accumulating it in mixer, alloying it, feeding melt along chute to receiving bath of casting machine, forming continuously cast billet in rotary mold; discharging ready blank out of mold, feeding it to mill for continuous rolling and coiling ready rolled rod to coils. Before supplying melt to receiving bath of casting machine, oxygen is removed from melt copper due to creating in path of melt copper flow zone filled with calcined petroleum coke and(or) graphite lumps. Alloying is realized by feeding alloying component into stream of melt copper flow directly after deoxidizing it in the form of rod. Melt surface in receiving bath of casting machine is covered with calcined petroleum coke and(or) with graphite lumps. EFFECT: possibility for making contact wire with high electromechanical properties without heat treatment. 1 ex |
