PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily detect an abnormal health change when a human body detection sensor detects a person entering a lavatory and staying there for a long time and to detect an abnormal health change by detecting a sound of falling, etc., due to an abrupt change in health. SOLUTION: The abnormal health change detecting device has the human body detection sensor 3 which detects a person HU being in a lavatory 4, a timer 26 which is started once the sensor 3 detects the human body, and a control circuit part which generates an alarm sound when the timer is timed up. A microphone 1 collects a shock sound generated when a person falls down in the room and a sound detecting circuit 21 makes the control circuit part generate the alarm sound once detecting the shock sound collected by the microphone 1.
