PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To narrow the width of a frame part of a liquid crystal display panel. SOLUTION: In this liquid crystal display device, a substrate main body 110 of a relay board 10 for connecting a liquid crystal display panel 1 to its deriving circuit board 3 is virtually divided into at least two substrate areas of a 1st board area 111 on which electronic parts (mainly chip type capacitors) and an output terminal group are arranged, and a 2nd board area 112 on which common wiring to be connected to the output terminal group are arranged, and the 2nd board area 112 side is turned up onto the back side of the 1st board area 110.
