PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact light deflector whose size as a whole does not so large as compared with the size of a light reflection mirror. SOLUTION: This light deflector is equipped with a 1st vibration part 15 supported to freely rock with respect to a base through a 1st supporting beam 16, a 2nd vibration part 17 arranged at an opposed position above the 1st vibration part 15 in parallel by leaving space between them and supported to freely rock with respect to the 1st vibration part 15 through a 2nd supporting beam 18, a 2nd light reflection mirror 20 provided on the upper surface of the 2nd vibration part 17, a 1st electrode 21 imparting electrostatic force to the 1st vibration part 15 so that rocking force may act and a 2nd electrode 22 imparting the electrostatic force to the 2nd vibration part 17 so that the rocking force may act.
