摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal generating device which can generate non-PCM data with simple constitution replacing a test disk. SOLUTION: This is a signal generating device which generates non-PCM data and equipped with a data ROM 1 stored with the non-PCM data by frames and an address counter 2 for reading the non-PCM data out of the data ROM 1 by frames under the control of a CPU 3; and the non-PCM data read out of the data ROM according to the address specification by the address counter 2 are converted to predetermined specific digital format and sent out to a device to be tested.
