PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure data transmission from a main control substrate to individual control substrates when supplying power. SOLUTION: The security check time T1 of the main control substrate is equal to or longer than the security check time T2 of sub control substrates and the security check operation of the main control substrate is executed later than the security check operation of the sub control substrates. Thus, when the CPU of the main control substrate starts the execution of the control of a game corresponding to a program written in a ROM, the respective CPUs of the sub control substrates are already executing the control of the game. As a result, even when the CPU of the main control substrate transmits data to the individual sub control substrates immediately after supplying the power, the respective sub control substrates are already executing original control, and hence they surely receive the data without failure.
