The container (10) is circular in plan view. The center section is cylindrical, and the bottom and top ends are gently tapered. The barrel has a flat bottom and a flat lid. A bung (12) may be situated near one edge of the lid and may be screwed into place and sealed with an O-ring engaging lips on the bung and on its aperture.
