PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To embody wiring of coated fibers with high accuracy and to embody a simple and easy fiber extra length treatment work. SOLUTION: A fiber housing plate 15 provided with paired fiber guides 171, 172 and 173 is freely movably disposed in a housing position and projected extra length treating position with respect to a termination box body 10 via a supporting member 18. The fusing treatment of the coated fibers 111 and 121 of first and second optical fiber cables 11 and 12 and the wrapping treatment e fiber extra length parts around the fiber guides 171, 172 and 173 are executed in the state of positioning and holding the fiber housing plate 15 in the extra length treating position projected from the termination box body 10. The positioning and holding to the fiber housing plate 15 is thereafter released so that the fiber housing plate 5 may be housed into the housing position in the termination box body 10.
