摘要 PURPOSE: By performing flash treatment to electrogalvanized steel sheets with Ni and sequently applying chromate solution and anti-finger printing solution thereon, finger-print resistance strips with superior surface appearance and blackening resistance are provided. CONSTITUTION: For the manufacture of finger-print resistance strips, after performing flash treatment to an electrogalvanized steel sheet by using Ni flash treatment solution with nickel concentration of 10 to 50g/L in such conditions that reaction temperature 40-60°C, reaction time 5-20sec, current density 0.01-0.1Å/dm¬2, chromate solution and anti-finger printing solution is applied on the surface of the electrogalvanized steel sheet. In this method, the flash treatment solution is composed of NiSO4 solution or NiCl2 solution. Also, Ni is deposited on the surface of the electrogalvanized steel sheets in the amount of 1 to 10mg/m¬2.
