PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat-type wire continuous winding device to surely prevent the twisting in cutting a flat-type wire, the mistaken cutting and the mistaken terminal chucking when the flat-type wire is cut in transferring the flat- type wire from a full bobbin to an empty bobbin. SOLUTION: A grooved pulley is provided facing a cutter to cut a transition portion of a flat-type wire transferring from a full bobbin to an empty bobbin, and this grooved pulley has a groove to receive the transition portion of the flat-type wire from a side surface, directs the transition portion to the cutter, and guides it so as not to be twisted. The cutter is fixed, and the grooved pulley is connected to a cylinder mechanism and movable in an advancing/ retracting direction to/from the cutter. The grooved pulley is freely rotatable.
