PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply perform discharging operation of a powder and granular material in a powder and granular substance transportation container used in a large-sized plant or the like, realize environmental protection and quick discharge, and prevent a bridge from occurring. SOLUTION: An inlet 3 and an outlet 7 are formed on upper and lower parts of a casing 2 respectively, and a lid 5 is mounted on the inlet 3 so that it can be opened/closed. A circular-cone-shaped valve 9 is detachably mounted on the outlet 7 with its summit facing upward. Thus a powder and granular material in the casing 2 can be discharged downward from the outlet 7 only by pushing up the valve 9 without need for turning over the casing 2 when the substance is to be discharged. Even of a bridge occurs in the casing 2, the summit of the valve 9 destroys the bridge from downward.
