PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding case used for simply carrying out the assembling and folding operations and to be utilized for various kinds of use. SOLUTION: A folding storage case is constituted of a pair of bottom members 10 of shape retaining properties having its plate shape into the rectangle, a ceiling member 12 and wall face members 14 connected between respective peripheral edges of the bottom members 10 and the ceiling member 12 and forming an inner space of the case shape, and the wall face member 14 is formed of a flexible material such as a tent fabric or the like, and guide folding lines 16a, 16b, 16c and 16d forming the case shape in the state of opening the wall face member 14 and also forming the wall face member 14 within plane areas of the bottom member 10 and the ceiling member 12 in the state of folding the wall face member 14 are formed on the wall face member 14.
