PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate having photocatalytic capability by eliminating faults such as blushing of a surface of the laminate due to a small crack in some cases in a resin layer containing a silicon compound and an epoxy compound as main components of a layer having photocatalytic performance and a protective layer by irradiating with a light or a radiation, a scratch due to a direction of a surface of the laminate, or a folding wrinkle due to no flexibility of the laminate. SOLUTION: The laminate having photocatalytic capability comprises a resin layer containing a silicon compound having an epoxy group and a cilanol group in a molecule and an epoxy compound as main components of the silicon compound, the epoxy compound and a metal complex, and a layer containing a compound having photocatalytic capability as a main component on the resin layer.
