PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple transmitting structure maintaining a horizontality of a transmitting shaft connecting a PTO shaft and a working device input shaft, and shortening the length of a vehicle, in a working vehicle provided with a working device at the outside of one side in a vehicular back-and-forth direction. SOLUTION: In a vehicle wherein a differential gear device 11, an HST 8, and an engine 7 are arranged in order from a first direction of one side in a vehicular back-and-forth direction to a second direction of the other side, a transmission 10 is provided between the differential gear device 11 and the HST 8. Power from a power source is inputted from the first direction side to the HST 8 through the transmission 10.
