PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a pressing bar released from the state of fixing a cutting object matter is conventionally an obstacle to a setting work and a removing work of the cutting object matter so that workability is not good in a cutting apparatus equipped with a table for setting the cutting object matter, a cutting machine main body capable of being moved along a surface direction of the table, and a cutting object matter-fixing apparatus for fixing the cutting object matter to the table by pressing the pressing bar onto the cutting object matter. SOLUTION: A pressing bar 51 is enabled to be rotated in a direction crossing at right angles a surface direction of a table 2 and in a direction along the surface direction of the table 2. Since the pressing bar 51 can be withdrawn almost from on the surface of the table 2 (a cutting material-set region) thereby, the pressing bar does not get in the way, and a removing or setting work of the cutting object matter W can be easily carried out thereby.
