PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wrist device equipped with a shock resistant structure, capable of facilitating the assembling work thereof compared with a conventional one. SOLUTION: This wristwatch is equipped with a watch case 13, an outer bezel 15 installed so as to enclose the side part of the watch case 13, an inner bezel 14 interposed between the watch case 13 and the outer bezel 15, for buffering a shock from the outside, and a watch band 12 installed on the side part of the outer bezel 15, and having a rib part 12c for supporting the watch case 13, the inner bezel 14 and the outer bezel 15 from below, for buffering a shock from the outside, and has such a characteristic that the inner bezel 14 covers the upper part edge part of the watch case 13.
