PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the temperature rising of a sample in operation and also to prevent the deterioration of a vacuum hose due to heat and the breakage due to the excessively high temperature of a heater. SOLUTION: A centrifugal separator is constituted so that the temperature of an oil diffusion vacuum pump 5 can be measured by a temperature sensor 10 and the power supply to the heater 7 can be controlled by feedback.
