PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent hot water from scattering from an injection port by using a diaphragm pump for a feeding pump in order to prevent the hot water-feeding from becoming impossible due to foams, and at the same time, reducing a pulsated current due to the diaphragm pump. SOLUTION: An accumulator is provided on a channel between a discharging port and an injection port of a diaphragm pump to feed hot water.
