PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a streamer-hoisting device in which streamers and a cord do not twine around a pole. SOLUTION: This device hoists streamers by supporting a cord to which the streamers are attached by a pole to be suspended from above, and the pole has a support potion supporting the cord in the upper part, and the part of the pole that has at least the support portion is rotatable around the pole.
