PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner stop structure to easily adjust the length of a watch band, in particular, to adjust the extremely small length by a simple method. SOLUTION: The length of the watch band is adjusted by the inner stop structure, a folding member connects two connection plates at each end, the connected folding member is connected to a length adjustable plate to form the inner stop structure, the length adjustable plate is provided with a slide window to adjust the length in the longitudinal direction of the band on a side wall part, and an expandable member is provided as a fine adjustable means inside the length adjustable plate. The length is changed by changing the curved shape of the expandable member, and the sliding motion of a spring bar connected to a band piece in the longitudinal direction of the watch band within the slide window in the longitudinal adjustable plate can follow the fine change in the thickness of a wrist, and the length can be easily and finely adjusted.
