COOLING STRUCTURE IN SEAT FRAME OF DIESEL RAILCAR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the temperature around the feet of passengers from increas ing by lowering the temperature in a seat frame in which a cooling water tank is located. SOLUTION: A shutter mechanism 16 is provided in an ambient air introduction port 12 which is formed in a sheet panel 4 in a part provided therein with a seat support structure 6 incorporating a cooling tank 10.
