PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladder device for a construction machine on which even a load such as a tool can be elevated simultaneously as an operator is elevated while securing safety of the operator. SOLUTION: This ladder device 30 provided for elevation to a sidewalk 27 provided on a construction machine is composed of a guide ladder 34 fixed to a revolving superstructure 2, and a slide ladder 31 slidable along a guide groove 34c provided on the guide ladder 34, the slide ladder 31 is formed to be capable of taking an elevation attitude and a storage attitude, a hook 41 is installed on the slide ladder 31, so an operator can be elevated in a stable attitude using both hands with his belongings such as a tool hooked on the hook 41, and the belongings can be removed by setting the elevation attitude and the storage attitude of it.
