PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout cap which is effective for verifying a tamper evidence with its annular part bent in a U-shape and gaps formed between the front and the rear on opening of the cap while a preventive band still made integral with a cap-like stopper after being deformed and has no problem in safety and preservation of environment. SOLUTION: A preventive band 63 connected to a cap-like stopper 62 is divided at least into two arcuate parts 63A and 63B, and each of the arcuate parts has an end which precedes in the direction of unscrewing and an end which succeeds in the direction of unscrewing. The preceding end and the succeeding end are arranged respectively opposite to the other adjoining arcuate part, and a bridge connecting part 66 and a detent 67 adjoining each other are provided at least at the arcuate part 63A. A bendable part 69 is formed at the arcuate part 63A on a position between a connecting/fixing part 68 formed at the rear 63Ab of this arcuate part for connecting with the cap-like stopper 62 and the detent 67, and the arcuate part 63B positioned at the front and rear of the arcuate part 63A is fixed with a plurality of fixing parts 65 to the cap-like stopper 62.
