PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration reducing device capable of being easily set between the foundation of a dwelling house and a wooden sill to suppress the vibration of an earthquake or the like. SOLUTION: In this vibration reducing device, a synthetic resin-made interposing plate 11 is fixed onto a foundation 1, a ventilating member 12 is movably placed on the interposing plate 1, a major diameter part 13d is provided on the upper end of the through-hole 13c of a wooden sill 13, a rolling member 16 is arranged on the bottom of the major diameter part 13d, a presser metal fitting 17 having an outer diameter smaller than the inside diameter of the major diameter part is placed on the rolling member 16, and a nut 18 is connected to an anchor bolt 7 on the upper side of the presser metal fitting 17.
