PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery arranging structure for a motor-driven scooter, having compatibility between comfortability of a driver and securing of a storing space under a seat. SOLUTION: A battery for a driving motor 34 is installed in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle in front of the driving motor 34, from below a foot board 111, above or on the rear upper side of the driving motor 34, to the lower side of a seat 112.
