A transdermal therapeutic system (TTS) based on an adhesive polyacrylate matrix comprising tulobuterol hydrochloride as the active ingredient is new. The TTS comprises a water-impervious backing layer at least one matrix layer comprising an adhesive polyacrylate containing tulobuterol hydrochloride (I) and a removable protective layer.
