The connections, coming from central exchanges are spatially distributed to units, formed as radio transceivers (NTR), with local identities, with the connections as of electrically conductive type. To each local transceivers are coupled individual subscriber terminals (TE), also as radio transceivers, for the duration of the message connection. The local and the subscriber terminal transceivers can be connected via a central service channel outside the duration of message connection.
