摘要 The suction system for a spinning machine has a primary filter (33), through which most of the air extracted from the spinner is passed into a suction zone (42) and onwards to an underpressure generator (43). At least one secondary filter (21,41) is located at the outlet side of the primary filter. A channel (03) to carries the filtered air to the underpressure generator (43). The flow direction at the secondary filter (21,41) can be reversed, to detach and remove clinging matter from the secondary filters (21,41) in the secondary filter zone (42a). The ejection from the primary filter (33) and the secondary filter zone (42a) into the collection zone (62) is controlled by opening a flap (51). The link between the secondary filter zone (42a) and the underpressure generator (43) is closed by an assembly of two flaps (51,26), which are opened and closed alternately. The secondary filter zone (42a) is connected to a feed channel (06) when a third flap (16) is opened by a setting unit (36) linked to the control (63). At the same time, it is connected to the suction channel (03) through the second flap (26), as a link to the underpressure generator (43) and especially a central suction system preferably with a fanwheel. The fanwheel (43) is located in a zone (04) next to the suction zone (42). The primary filter (33) is a cone filter. The pressure ratios in the assembly are monitored by at least one sensor (22). A control unit (63) sets the operation of the setting mechanism (61,36) for the flaps (51,16,26). On an excessive increase in pressure in the secondary filter zone (42a), the flow direction is reversed through the secondary filter (21), by opening and closing flaps (51,26), so that matter at the secondary filter (21) passes through an open flap (51) into the collection zone (62) together with detached matter from the primary filter (33).
