A clip(16) is attached to the cigarette packet(12), and a holder(17) in one piece with the clip accommodates the lighter(11). The clip is flat and fits sideways into a slot(27,29) in the lid or bottom of the packet. The holder is positioned at right angles to the clip and is in the form of an open ring with an oval or circular cross section.
