PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress generation of burrs when a material to be cut is a metal, etc., being rich in ductility and to make cutting at a relatively high speed using an electroforming blade possible even when the material to be cut is a hard and viscous material. SOLUTION: A main shaft 1 and a rotating blade 8 is vibrated in the direction intersecting at right angles to the axial line of the main shaft by means of a vibrating means 20. The main shaft is supported under floating condition by an air bearing 2A which blows air from ring form air blowing parts 4 and 4 provided between the main shaft 1 and a main shaft supporting cylinder 3 outside of it. The vibrating means has a constitution wherein the main shaft consisting of a magnetic material is periodically attracted by means of electromagnetic coils 21a and 21b.
