PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor capable of forming an image from the 1st turn and less liable to double charge. SOLUTION: An electric charge generating layer containing a phthalocyanine composition and a benzoxazole zinc complex and an electric charge transferring layer are laminated on an electrically conductive substrate to obtain the objective electrophotographic photoreceptor.
