PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling/disassembling type packaging container wherein there is no restriction in the loading/unloading direction by a forklift, the assembly/disassembly can be performed without using bolts, and the reduction of the height after the disassembly, which is required for transport, can be achieved as well by a simple structure. SOLUTION: By providing a leg base 21 at four corners of a skid 11, an interval for the loading/unloading by a forklift is provided, and a slip is prevented from occurring at the time of a stacking. Then, a strut-receiving section 22 is provided at the four corners of the skid 11, and a strut 12 is attached/detached and fixed. A connecting section 33, which detachably connects the struts 12 and end frames 13 and 14, and side frames 15 and 16, is provided between them, and connects and fixes the struts 12 and the end frames 13 and 14, and the side frames 15 and 16. By this constitution, a four-directional insertion by a forklift can be performed, and the assembly/disassembly can be performed without using bolts. At the same time, the reduction of the height after the disassembly, which is required for transport, can be achieved as well.
