PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the peak of a sample solvent. SOLUTION: In the present invention, a sample being stored at a sample loop 16 is pushed by a mobile phase being fed into a liquid-feeding pump 3 from a mobile phase well 2, is passed through a sample loop inlet port (d) and a leading port (b), is set to a separation column 5 for elution, and then is analyzed by a detector 6. In this case, when the sample is to be fed to the separation column 5, dissolved gas in the sample is deaerated by a deaeration device 1, thus eliminating the peak of a solvent.
