PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To individually and independently set/adjust the temperature of a metallic test piece and that of a corroding liquid by causing the corroding liquid to flow perpendicularly to or parallel to the metallic test piece at an arbitrary flow speed. SOLUTION: The corroding liquid 4 is forcedly circulated through a flow meter 18, a cooler 13, a pipe 17, an inlet pipe 14, a corrosion cell 15, and an outlet pipe 16 by the operation of a pump 19. The corroding liquid 4 is caused to flow out toward a surface of the metallic test piece 1 to give a dynamic pressure to the surface of the test piece 1, and the temperature of the corroding liquid 4 is set/adjusted individually and independently of the temperature of the test piece 1.
