PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically correct the phase deviation of synchronous rectification input. SOLUTION: This synchronous rectifier is provided with a first trigger signal generating means 22 for generating a first trigger signal relating to the time of the zero phase of a detector displacement signal, a second trigger signal generating means 21 for generating a second trigger signal relating to the time of the zero phase of a reference signal sent out from a reference signal oscillation circuit 10, an arithmetic means 23 for calculating a tine difference between the first trigger signal and the second trigger signal, correction means 24, 25, 16 and Vd for correcting the phase of the detector displacement signal or the reference signal based on an arithmetic result, and a synchronous rectifying circuit 15 for receiving either one of the detector displacement signal and the reference signal corrected by the correction means and the remaining signal and for performing synchronous rectification.
