PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide interlocking system of a redundant monitoring system, which simultaneously satisfies safety, redundancy and operability. SOLUTION: In a redundant monitoring system, plural monitoring devices having same functions for monitoring and setting control contents with respect to various facilities constituting a plant are installed, the monitor devices divide display screen information on all the facilities in the plant into plural pages and store them, the arbitrary page is called to a display unit and the system can be set in the facility included in the page. The monitoring device #1 where a setting operation is executed at first obtains priority on the page among the monitoring devices #1, #2 and #3 opening the prescribed page. Only the monitoring device #1 having priority can be set in the facility included in the page.
