PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable accurate data detection on a reception side without being affected by attenuation based upon an array of '0's or '1's of a data waveform to be transmitted. SOLUTION: This system has a control part 1 which detects '0's or '1's of data inputted from the outside by bits to sets a reference voltage by the bits according to the continuity of the detected '0's or '1's and also outputs the reference voltage in synchronism with the data, a 1st driver 2 which inputs the data from the control part 1 and sends the data to one input terminal of a reception-side receiver 4 through a transmission line 3, a 2nd driver 2 which inputs the reference voltage from the control part 1 and sends it to the other input terminal of the receiver 4 through the transmission line 3, and a receiver 4 which compares the voltage of the data received from the 1st driver with the reference voltage received from the 2nd driver 2 and decides the '0's or '1's of the data.
