PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the coating time for two-part liquid mixed and cured sealing material even when the environmental state is changed and secure the jet properties of the mixed liquid and bonding properties, sealing properties, or the like, after coating. SOLUTION: Based on the temperature (or humidity or both of them) of working site S monitored by a temperature sensor 41 (or a humidity sensor or both of them), a target mixing radio for the two-pat liquid is so set as to provide a given coating rate suitable for the monitoring result by a control device 50, and the delivery amount of Nemo(R) pumps 26A and 26B is controlled so that the mixing radio of the two-part liquid conforms to the target mixing ratio. The two-part liquid compressively transferred by the Nemo pumps 26A and 26B are mixed with a mixer 32, and the mixed liquid is jetted out of a jet nozzle 39.
