PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spoon net free from the trouble of the falling-off from a belt, etc., and enabling smooth landing of caught sweetfish. SOLUTION: The spoon net has a fish-catching bag net attached to one end of a stick. A checking piece is attached to the other end of the stick in a manner protrudable from and retractable into the stick. The protrudable and retractable state of the checking piece is maintained and controlled by an operation part attached to an end of the stick.
