SIDE COVER OF MOVING REAPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a feed chain cover and to improve the maintenance of a discharged straw cutter. SOLUTION: A combine harvester 10 is equipped with a feed chain 26 for conveying and feeding reaped grain culms to a threshing part 20 and a discharged straw cutter 30 for cutting discharged straw after being threshed. Sides of the chain 26 and the cutter 30 are covered with a side cover 50. The side cover 50 is composed of the feed chain cover 51 for covering both the side of the chain 26 and one part of the side of the cutter 30 and a cutter bar 52 for covering the other part of the side of the cutter 30. Thus, the maintenance of the cutter 30 is easily performed only by taking off the cover 51.
