PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of the inclination of a vegetable harvester for assuring the stability of its travel in harvesting root vegetables cultured on ridges. SOLUTION: This vegetable harvester is realized by installing a crops- conveying device facing from its front side to the rear at the one side of a traveling vehicle, arranging a ditch-burying device for dropping the soil of a field into the ditch at the other side of it and traveling while burying the ditch to make a passage for a crawler at the other side.
