PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact stirring apparatus capable of performing the stirring and supply of cement and aggregate by simple work. SOLUTION: In a stirring apparatus wherein a stirring means equipped with a stirring member is provided to a cylindrical container main body having a charging port provided to the upper part thereof, at least the lower inner peripheral wall surface of the container main body is formed into an inverted cone shape and a discharge port 7 and the gate for opening and closing the discharge port are provided to the central part of the bottom part of the container main body.
