PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-foaming device which reduces an ozone leakage and upgrades its maintenance efficiency with the miniaturization of the device. SOLUTION: In the anti-foaming device of a water spray system, a manhole 19 which is used for inspection and carrying in a device through, a mounting seat 24 for anti-foaming water piping 23, an electrode mounting seat 5 and a manhole lid 20 with a drain pipe connecting aperture 25 are provided. In addition, the anti-foaming water piping 23 with an anti-foaming nozzle 23A fitted to the tip is installed at the mounting seat 24 for the anti-foaming water piping 23 and an electrode bar 9 is installed at the electrode mounting seat 5 respectively, in such a way that both piping 23 and electrode bar 9 are freely drawable. Further, a waste ozone extracting pipe 21 is fitted, in a freely removable manner, to the drain pipe connecting aperture 25. In addition, the anti- foaming water piping 23 has the anti-foaming nozzle 23A of a reaction vessel insertion system.
