CERAMIC LINER MEMBER AND CERAMIC LINER PIPE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a ceramic liner in a shorter total working time with less manpower by skillfully and efficiently fixing and aligning ceramic plates 2 into a steel pipe small enough not to admit a person. SOLUTION: A strip material 4, having a dovetail groove 5, is jointed onto a metal member 6 with bonding or welding and dovetail tenons 3 provided on the ceramic plate 2 are engaged sequentially with the dovetail groove 5 and inserted therein. A ceramic liner member 1 is manufactured by aligning plural ceramic plates 2 and bonding the ceramic plates 2 located at least at the end to the strip material 4.
