PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively manufacture a machine frame or a machine plate in compliance with the standard or in common (standarization) and provide a technologically simple structure of a packaging machine based on the low level requirement for the tolerance. SOLUTION: A packaging machine is constituted of a machine frame 12 and an insulated casing 15 tightly connected with the machine frame, and a forming frame 46 of the insulated casing is mounted on a holding body 45 connecting the machine frame with the insulated casing, and a sealing member 58 is disposed in a space 57 formed between the machine frame and the insulated casing.
