PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a flap controller in air conditioning facility for heating of an automobile. SOLUTION: A voltage U is supplied to a motor M for moving a flap 4 for distributing air stream F in a duct 3 of heating, ventilation or air conditioning facility. According to this device, a power control module MOD is attached in series with the motor, and this module is provided with at least one resistor having positive temperature coefficient so that the motor is blocked when the flap reaches an open position P1 or a close position P2. As a result, current intensity i in a circuit is increased, a resistance value is increased, and current intensity and a voltage at a terminal of the motor are reduced finally due to the increase.
