The present invention relates to a manufacture method of electrothermal film heater, which comprises steps of, coating metal electrodes on a substrate surface of high polymer flexible material, coating colloidal graphite slurry on the substrate surface and the metal electrodes to form electrothermal film, and providing a protecting insulation film thereon. Electrothermal film heater according to the invention can be bend and elongated in some extent because of attachment on the flexible substrate material. The electrode and lead wire can firmly be fixed on the layer of electrothermal film, operating life can be prolonged and insulation security can be increased.
