PURPOSE: A polyamide-based filament having an ununiform fineness and expressing a natural multi-color dyeing effect and an unevenness effect on fabrics during weaving and dyeing processing is provided, which can be produced in high productivity by using a simple manufacturing apparatus. CONSTITUTION: This polyamide-based filament in which thick fineness parts and thin fineness parts are irregularly repeated in the direction of a fiber shaft satisfies the following conditions: (1)3.5%≤average U%≤8.5%, (2)30kg/mm2≤modulus at 10% extension point≤105kg/mm¬2 and (3)20%≤elongation deviation≤130%.
