Sugarbeet regeneration and transformation

摘要

Methods for the preparation of transgenic sugarbeet cells and plants are presented. Preparation and use of leaf explants from micropropagated sugarbeet cultures contributes to the rapid and efficient introduction of nucleic acid sequences into sugarbeet plants.
